Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

How to ship a wheelset?

More appropriately, how do you package a wheelset for shipping once you've picked up a box?

Did you get a 'wheelset box'? they usually come with a divider that has holes for the axels to pole through and hold them steady. Or they will have a slotted piece that the rims slide into. If you don't have that type of box your lbs might have one laying around.

If you can't get specific packing stuff for your box then I would try making something like the insert in the picture out of a flat sheet of corrugated.
