Sorry to drag this back up, but did you weigh the frameset bare by chance? I'm curious how it compares to my Roubaix SL.

Here is a link to the build thread. http://www.bikeforums.net/showthread...build-Fuji-SL1

The frame is 880 grams, the fork is 370 grams. I was actually very suprised at how light it was.

The Psimet wheelset weighs in at 1,276 grams for the set, so that helps a good bit. Also, the red cassette is very light, a lot of time people with full Red go with a cheaper cassette, not sure if that is what you did or not. The saddle only weighs about 135 grams so that helps too.

If you don't mind, how much were the wheels?

They were built by mistake so they were discounted a bit. I believe I got them for around $750 - $800 but I can't remember exactly. The majority of the time I plan to use a PowerTap and a cheapie front wheel. For the time being I weigh too much for this wheelset, I just wanted to ride them a couple of times to see how they were. They are awesome!

Thanks. I'm 170, probably too heavy for riding those on the road.

Dunno, I'm shooting for 180 before I ride them regularly.

Do you know about the durability. Anyone you know using them?

As far as I know this is the only set that he has built. So, so far (2 rides) they are very durable. :D

Sweet! If I can get my weight down and get back into racing I very well may have to pick up a pair of 303 tubulars. :D
