Storm Surge
So every time I go out to my building where my bikes are they beckon me to jump on them. I can't right now I tell them too busy preparing for this damn hurricane.
I have my generator ready: Dana 3600 watt w/ a B&S 5hp I/C motor. Honda water pump, which is too small for anything but emptying bird bath. Flashlights with no "D" batteries cause everyone was out of them. Very pretty girlfriend to hunker down with.
2 1/2 cases of water, 3 handguns with enough ammo to ward off a small army, enough food for us and my 3 dogs ( 1 yellow Lab and 2 minature schanuzers). 1 Road Bike Action magazine and 1 "bike" mag which is all MTB w/ great photo's.
East coast- Stay Safe!

What part of PA? Probably not much to worry about from wind, but flooding, downed trees, and power outages are real concerns in the eastern part.
I'm not too worried here, NW of DC. However I am quite worried about Chincoteague VA where we go quite often. There is not much beach left and the dunes are almost nonexistent. They got pretty bad flooding last year even from a nor'easter.

A lot of rain and wind here in Hampton Roads, Va. Tree's blown over and limbs laying about with the power going out twice so far.
Took these pictures last night as the storm comes our way.
Picture from Yorktown beach last night showing the weather moving in.
Buckroe beach fishing pier last night.
