Throw the stick!!!!
Are you talking about crank arm length or chainring size? Either can vary on road and / or tt bike.

I am actually running a compact crankset on my tt bike, I could easily run a 54t chainring. You should be fine either way you want to go.

So you just want to build up a Cannondale Slice frame as a regular road bike. I don't see why not. Are you going to be competing with it?

It won't be terrible, but it won't be as good as starting with a road bike frame.

I love the look of those Slices. I built up a Cyfac Mythique TT frame as a road bike. It rides beautifully smooth and stable at speed.

A friend of mine used a Fuji Aloha frame with drop bars and had no problems at all with it.
