Youtube Video/Playlist Thread...
Inspired by the sufferfest videos, this weekend I put together a playlist of youtube videos to watch during my trainer sessions, and it worked out great...I got in more time on the trainer then I otherwise would have, as the time went by alot quicker.
Alot of the videos I used I remember seeing in various posts on BF. So, I thought we should have a main thread of youtube videos and playlists that are inspiring, and help the time go by quicker on the trainer. I dont think it needs to even be cycling related, anything that improves the time on the trainer is a
