Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Mid-Winter Waive

OK, it's Jan. 7 here in central NJ, and a 65 degree day with bluebird skies. Everyone was out that could be out, but man, way too many waives. The slow guys waived. The old guys waived. The girls waived. But all of the racer boys waived too!! I've never seen soooo many happy people riding their bikes.

What is wrong with you people???
