You don't like the two pages of advice you received about this in the Mechanic's forum?

You're not going to get better advice.

There is no quota, you can post as much as you want.
But if you already started a thread on the same topic in another sub-forum there is no need really to start yet another thread here.
It's a bit disrespectful to all the people that replied in the original thread in my opinion.

Like I said, that's only my opinion, others might not feel that way.

Jesuschrist people, get over yourselves. Hes not disrespecting anybody. The guy can post as many threads as he wants. If youve already contributed advice, then just stay out of this one if you don't have anything more to add. Not everyone reads the mechanics forum.
Op, you might get better advice in the utility cycling or touring forums.
