Two of a kind racing photo
A customer of mine when I managed a bicycle shop went to the Coors classic in the mid eighties. He took this shot and blew it up for me. Only the two of this have it. its pretty cool.
Greg LeMond and Bernard Hinault racing through a suburb of boulder Co. Notice the race leader jersey on Berard.
Any know know what year this is from. i dont remember. They are both using C-record product pre-index shifting.

I don't know if you're still around, jjhabbs, but I love your post. Your reflection off the glass happens to be in one of the photos, and it's like you're the omniscient observer, complete with your "Hawkeye" shirt. And we're watching you watch part of a race that someone else watched first through his camera. Too many levels to comprehend.
Then there's the tableau of the people at the curb watching the race and the group of people oblivious to the race – and the two famous cyclists zipping past them - and there's the guy with a motorcycle helmet (or maybe he's Darth Vader) who probably wonders what the fuss is all about.

Good question. I just the film, "Slaying the Badger." And that made me remember the photos posted here a few years ago. I took a look at them again, saw more than I thought was first there, and thought I'd tell the OP how much I enjoy what he shared with us.
