Finally, a solution for those wet rides

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

From their website, this looks like a good way to get impaled:

Where's the CSPC when you really need them.

Oh, but the good news is: it's UCI legal.

Surprised they are advertising a bike product without a helmet. I guess it's because they know you can't actually retain velocity with the umbrella up.

You can too. Look how aero that is. It's shaped just like a tri helmet! It MUST be fast!

Or both eyes. This has to be one of the dumbest ideas I've ever seen.

+1.
Those 2 things are positioned at the perfect spot to have 1 in each eye. Plus, that giant contraption is blocking her view. I'd hope it folds down 1 more time or something, but I suppose they would that it if it did. Strange idea.

This is probably coming from one of those posters who comes here and says "help me with my bike-related invention for school project."

The sad thing is that image is actually taken from their advertising.

Now, oncoming cyclists can see how fast you're going, what's displaying on your phone, and their own reflection...

Bike Brolly

I have two of these, one black/clear and the other all clear. It tends to catch the wind a bit too much while riding but it does catch drivers attention. I don't have a pic of mine in use, almost never rains here.

So your head is dry, but what about the rest of your clothes?

Change the angle a little bit, and it would work great for riding with a tailwind on those uber windy days. Imagine, head out and go as far, as hard as you can into the wind, mount your umbrella, and let it bring you home while coasting.

The clothes soon become muddy and bloody when the wind catches the umbrella and yanks me off the bike into the road. No, it actually hasn't done that, but I would not want to try it in a good wind. It does set up a "shock wave" effect that when you are leaned over the bars you stay pretty dry all over in a light rain.

remember the original Get Smart shows, and the Cone of Silence? It appears this is a mobile unit "Chief, speak up" "Max, I said that Chaos is hatching another plan" "What, talk louder...." etc etc.
