Bike shims
I've been having some pain on the outside of my left foot near my 5th metatarsal. I was thinking of buying some shims to even my foot out. I'm looking at the specialized are there any other options?

For a super-cheap and finely adjustable alternative, consider star lock washers between sole of shoe and cleat to cant the cleat in the desired direction.
