Need some help with recovery before weekend century
Doing a century this Sunday. Not much time to train, no rides over 30 miles so far this year. Gonna go bootcamp and ride for 24 hours straight starting at noon today. I will do 20 minute intervals each hour, on the hour. Not going to try to be the first in, just want to finish with the leading group or top 20. I know I'll be tired tomorrow afternoon so I need some suggestions for recovery so I'll be fresh Sunday morning. Off to get some more sleep before I start.
