Awesome bike on Craigslist!!!

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Thanks for the heads up. I upgrade and flip bikes from CL. It took me a while to get out of the road-only mindset. Plenty of market here for this kind of bike.

Nice kickstand, seriously. That thing is solid. I'm sure the rest of the bike is also, but it looks like my pastel crayon box threw up and picked up a reflector or 6.

It's a commuter bike, so all the add-ons probably served a purpose. And who knows - with all that weight, the guy who rode it might have iron legs and be seriously fast.

$90, might be a good project starter.

I would definitely get that for $90. Just take off all the useless accessories and you have a nice commuter bike or just something to ride around town.

It's the "almost new" part that really gets me. But like RTDub said, there is a great market for that here. Tons of commuters around here.
