Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Man I love that bike, I just wish it would fit me

Your basebar makes me sad though, get on ebay and get yourself an old UCI illegal Vision basebar already.

From the frontvieq pic they do look crooked. They were adjusted the same on the other bike, didn't loosen them from the base bar. So, they should be straight but I will check them.

Thank you. I'm going to get a nice bar but it won't be a vision.

It doesn't matter, as long as it feels good to you. I'm just imitating the nitpicky regular 41 members.

Had a request for a few close up shots so thought I would share them.

I'm actually glad you noticed it and pointed it out. I just took a look at them and they were indeed uneven. Just straightened them out, maybe that will make me a little faster.

Just took it on a 20 mile ride. Loving the bike so far. First thing I need to figure out is how to adjust the front brake so it doesn't rub.

Just placed the order for a new cockpit for the bike. The el cheapo aluminum profile bars, extensions, and shifters will soon be a thing of the past.

Ended up keeping the aluminum on it. For the time being they are doing fine.

Thanks. Problem is that the rider isn't nearly as aero as the bike.

If the advertising is true that would have put me closer to third place. First place beat me my 24 seconds, Second place by 22 seconds, Third place by around 13 seconds. I'm guessing that the new skinsuit knocks about 3 - 5 seconds off.
