BB replacement. Can it wait?
Last week as I installed 105 group on my bike I have noticed a slight grinding sound on the BB on one side only. I realized that the BB should be replaced. The cranks are rotating freely, without a visible problem. I am thinking to ride it to the ground this winter and replace it next spring.
Or I should replace it asap?

Depends on how bad it is and how much you ride.
If you buy the replacement now you'll have it ready when you discover that the old one is dead.

As long as you know it's the BB and not something else (axle is cracking etc) then I'd ride it until you're ready to replace it. BBs are nice in that they don't affect any other parts, they just hurt themselves.
My BB has needed replacing for 2 years. The cranks barely do half a turn when I try and spin them (with no chain on the rings). I figure I'll replace it this winter.

I had a BB wobble so bad that it would affect shifting and the crank arms would move side-to-side about 5mm. I suppose it could get so bad that your crank arms could touch your chainstays (which would be "le bad times") but that would have to be pretty gnarly.
You can get a Hollowtech II BB online, shipping, for less than $20. So it's not an expensive part.

My cranks spin for more than half the way, so i can wait.
