Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I say all the countries of the World go together and buy an island. We take all thieves and drop them off there and let them deal with one another.

They've done that before and that's how we ended up with Fosters beer in the US

Good to see the use of decoy bikes and other enforcement but a bit discouraging that the "King of the Bike Thieves" only got a 5 month suspended sentence even after failing to appear in court.

And they keep Victoria Bitters for themselves. Don't even think they have Fosters there.

Plus when the reporters caught another thief about half way through with their stolen bike, they just asked for it back. Sad story, no prosecution.

And just in case it helps anyone else, here is the video re embedded. If it's in the op, the size shrinks for those of us who see the ads. It also can't be watched on youtube because that button doesn't show.
