Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Where is standover measured on a Felt?

I've been looking at a 2-3 year old Felt Z70. It's a 58cm frame with a standover of 777mm. This is getting close to my max standover. My question is... where on the top tube is the stanover measured? From the BB up? One reason I'm asking is that the bike is located 70 miles from me and I'd like to have a close approximate before I decide to drive out and take it for a test ride.

Thanks in advance
TMT

center of the top tube, or the midway point between the seat tube and head tube.
