first off, thank you so much for doing this.
i do have a question.
For matters of consistency, there are a lot of people here on metric and on imperial. is there something you prefer? or should we just report in our native measurements?
example being my goal is 2,000km but on the sheet there is weekly miles.
I was planning on reporting that i did 13km this week on the trainer. Would you be doing the conversion on your end? or entering it as "13" and i'm to assume it's KM as that's what i speak in, OR should i do the conversion on my own and submit a Mile number?
i'm young enough to have been taught metric in the schools here so i can't even think in Miles as KM is baked right into me.

Just denote miles or kilometers in your weekly report, please

I love the idea, hate the work. I already track my weight on TP as well as all my rides, and that means I have to dl the garmin to garmin connect, then upload to TP, and my scale sends to TP by itself. Then if I am using strava, I have to upload all this to strava. Heck when I am on the trainer, I have to upload that file to every site I want to track (which currently is just TP.
Thats another 5 minutes of uploading stuff after every ride or trainer ride.
wouldnt this just be easier on a site like strava or garmin connect, or something?

As the weeks go on, those who fail to report for three weeks or so will be dropped off of the graph and not invited back for 2014. The difficulty was in the original creation. Maintaining it is easy, as is duplicating it for 2014.
Besides, my presentation is much better

Aggregating data from a source that not everyone uses is harder than doing this. Strava has always been notoriously difficult to navigate, and since people spend more time here than on Strava, it was natural.

That's fine, just let me know. It will be the obvious laggards that don't continue. I don't mind doing this, but those who wash out will be washed out.

Don't get me wrong, no one is going to be deleted, but they will fall off the master sheet as there is only so much horizontal real estate...

This may be the only time I lead the chart all year Everyone set to zero, looking forward to your entries Sunday night/Monday morning! Please be sure to follow the format in the OP and to specify imperial/metric.

Weekly miles: 56.5 [just the commute this week]
Weight: 192.7
Going to start doing a few hours a week on the trainer as well starting tomorrow, so I will report those "miles" separately as well.

Throw the stick!!!!
Started physical therapy on Friday and he gave me the go ahead to try riding, as long as it was easy. I'm not sure if the ride I did was exactly what he had in mind. The frozen ruts made things a little interesting. I hurt my ankle a little one time when I pushed off but that was about it.

Stuck inside on the trainer today, tried out Trainer Road for the first time. For ten bucks a month it is pretty tough to beat.
Anyway, ride info.
13.8 miles
223

https://www.trainerroad.com/cycling/rides/148209 - On this one it didn't start picking up power until half way through. Not real sure why. Even if it doesn't pick up my power I will still be happy. I can see my power on my Garmin 500.
Anyway, ride info.

Thank you. I had read it pre-edit. Not sure if I had seen it since other than when I had to open the first page to sticky the thread.

Hope I did this right... I emailed my BF handle, miles for 12/31 - 1/6, and weight as of 1/6 8:00 AM to the address shown in the first post.
If not, I had 45 miles this week (about as much as I can stand of going nowhere at 18 - 33 mph. It's been raining/cold all week here in the Bay-arrhea), and this morning I weighed 168.2 (yes, our scale is accurate to 0.2 lbs.)
