I'm at 2,784mi, but was off the bike for about a third of the year with a broken foot.

2 crashes which ultimately took out rotator cuff. I'm about 9 weeks from surgery and still on the trainer: 3-6 hours/week
Raced for the first time in 2012. About 7 races. Pack finishes except for the first crit in which I got lapped. Racing was fun until the crash that killed the shoulder.
Not sure where the max speed came from. Should be 53.5 mph. And max HR was 194.

Rode 5050 miles good for me and a PR. Ran 2200 about my average for the past 5 years. Did one century a number of 60-85 milers. Actually road enough that it really effected my running late in the year as my stride was getting off a bit.

well, i bought my garmin in early july, so it says 2097.33 miles, 114:59:24
but, i know im just over 3700 actual miles. MIGHT be close to 4k if i counted trainer miles, but i dont.

It was a good year for me, my first full season of racing and I made some big improvements on the bike
I ended up with over 8k miles, with about 300k feet of climbing.
5 or 6 road races, 20+ crits, and one TT.
Results:
1 win (in an unsanctioned TT, so not sure it really counts)
2 podiums
a bunch of top 10's

2 crashes which ultimately took out rotator cuff. I'm about 9 weeks from surgery and still on the trainer: 3-6 hours/week
Raced for the first time in 2012. About 7 races. Pack finishes except for the first crit in which I got lapped. Racing was fun until the crash that killed the shoulder.
Not sure where the max speed came from. Should be 53.5 mph. And max HR was 194.
