Focus Mares CX bike
Received my new cross bike a week or so ago, finally had time to make it mine today.
When I received it, weighing in at 22.3 pounds without pedals.
After changing out a few things today including wheels, quick releases, handlebar, tape, small ring (switched from 36 to a 34), brake pad holders, brake pads, and tubes. Now weighs in at 20.2 pounds without pedals. Pedals weigh 10 ounces so for total weight add that to it.

Nice. I don't ride CX, but I was considering one for my winter bike. The only problem is the lack of fender mounting possibilities and only one bottle cage mount. Nice bikes though. Enjoy.

Nice rig. Are you using it for all around riding or for cross only? I only ask because for cross only we run 1 up to eliminate the problems with a FD on bad weather courses.

Just wanted a cheapie cross bike. Not sure if I will ever even race cross, mostly going to be used for winter riding and for fire roads.

More all around, with my knees it is unlikely that I will ever be able to race cross.

Nice bike. Love my cross bike and would never give up the dual chainrings because just so much more versatile (and my racing is minimal).

Very nice! I love my cross bike but sadly use it for regular road riding 99% of the time.
