I'm back in our home town. Damned vehicle won't start. Seems the battery didn't like being left alone and unconnected for 7-1/2 months. Oh well, just as well the battery charger was there and ready to get zap or two going. We've had to book into a cheap hotel for the night, though. Sitting on the first-floor verandah watching the evening traffic in a small country town on a sunny summer's evening is almost... heaven...
How are you guys doin' in Florida. Opening up emergency centres indeed. For 59 deg F.
Why don't they get CLOTHES???!!!
It's as bad as our dumb-arsed Queenslanders who insist on building homes on river flood plains -- and go back again even though they've just had the third 100-year flood in four years.
