Bowman Cycles
Hello,
Wondering about Bowman Cycles...
I placed an order for a small frame part and received an automated email with a tracking link but no tracking number. When I click the link it just takes me to the Royal Mail website. No further information provided. I tried sending emails but no replies. I find this odd because, in the past, all my correspondences with Bowman I have received replies within 24 hours. It's been a few days since my first email and no reply. I tried calling the phone number on their website but it goes directly to voice mail.
Does anyone know if Bowman Cycles, in the UK, is still open? Are they still in business?
