Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Opera - shouldn't that be "The Grand Old Opry" for Cheryl?

What will they sing?

Oh god, 400 ******es are each going to be handed trek madone's.
They should've had the audience composed of all cyclists. In tight spandex.

I saw Lance a few weeks ago when he did an interview during the Texas Tech - University of Texas basketball game. He gave a few hints about what will be on the show. They are going to get Oprah's viewers to purchase as many LiveStrong wristbands as possible (through the website). I can't remember the numbers, but the record one-day sales total is somewhere around 100,000 right now. We'll see what happens on Friday when Oprah flexes her PR muscle.

I heard there is a possibility the show won't air. It seems that they are still trying to get the bike seat removed from Oprah's bee'hind. Said something about having to surgically remove it???
