Tuesday I was dragging at work... no energy at all. I cut out early, thinking that a nice ride would get me going. 5 miles in, I started wheezing... then coughing. I turned around at 8 miles and dragged my ass home. Woke up yesterday morning with a full-blown cold. UGH!

Went for a run this morning.
Running is stupid.
Especially this morning. I'm not sure if it's from yesterday's ride, but I noticed my right achilles tendon was a little bit sore...ran through it...but it got worse so I bailed from the run at the 6 mile mark (had planned on 10-11) and literally limped home.
Did I mention that running is stupid?

I actually put my skills to the test shortly after I finished the training. We were on a family vacation and I pulled a kid out of the pool. I was about 17 at the time.
