Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Obviously not. A message says the site is not accessible outside the US and Canada.

Just what are you guys hiding from the rest of the world?

Oh, don't bother. I don't think I want to know.

Did a Trackday yesterday to try to condition myself a little for the endurance race. Only did three sessions before I felt the chain skip and realized that the chain is stretched and destroyed a sprocket. We didnt bring spares because we had to rent a Uhaul van to get here since our xterra is sick.

Remember how we had to have the rear axle seals and bearings replaced a little while ago? well, shortly after there was a smell of burning gear oil and smoke coming out from under the truck from the rear passenger wheel. The it started to intermittently vibrate on acceleration. Called the dealership that did the work and the first thing they asked was "did you tow with it?" uh, no, and ITS A TRUCK. YOU SOLD IT TO US WITH A HITCH RECEIVER. It will go back tomorrow. After this I think I'm going to be looking for a different shop to take it to.

Anyhoo, wore my new leathers that a still a little small but I think they're starting to break in. They look freaking awesome though.
