Last summer was my first time riding.

I crashed my bike and my rear wheel is not salvageable.
I am riding the ksyrium elite and I didn't realize how high end they are, yet i love the way they rode.
Is there anythign comparable to them at a lower price point?

Or does anyone have one that they are willing to sell or even donate.
I am still paying for the surgery from the crash and would love to try road biking again this summer.

Any advise is welcome!!!!

I bought a set of gently used Kysrium Elites on CL for $300 two months ago. Love the wheels. Keep checking the bike forum classifieds, CL, etc. An option to consider ... I bought a set of Campagnolo Zonda wheels for my wife's bike (from Shiny Bikes). An amazing wheelset and half the price of new Elite's. If you ask a hundred people you'll probably get 101 different wheel recommendations.
