    Rubber grommet-silencer-thing...

Shimano Dura-Ace aero wheelsets (maybe others too) come with a wonderful little adhesive black rubber grommet that goes on your rim at the presta valve hole to stop noise from movement. Anyone know where to get more of these OR a good substitute?

I push a piece of black electrical tape over the valve (so it punctures the center of the piece of tape) and stick it down to the rim. I saw a photo of Fabian Cancellara's bike with this arrangement and figured if it works for him, it certainly works for me.

I used electrical tape also but I like to use shrink wrap tubing on the stem of the tube it works great for this.
It may not be fancy but it gets me were I need to go.

Heat shrink also keeps the stem in place when pressure gets low or when installing the tube.
