Bought A New Road Bike
Well I have only been into biking about two weeks. I have a Giant FCR3 that was given to me. I want to ride roads and commute to work so I couldn't stand it, I had to get a road bike. I went to my local shop and rode a couple and ended up coming home with the Trek 2.1. Here are a few photos.

Nice, but one other thing. Approved photographs are done on the drive side. Ride it like you stole it.

Weight.
Cheap plastic, will crack and fall off. Tou can do it in a controlled environment and dispose of properly, or wait til it does it going down the road and leave debris scattered for others to roll through.
Wheel imbalance. Though probably unlikely.

If you only ride during daylight hours it prolly doesn't matter. I added a set to mine because my commute starts at 10pm.

I'm assuming the bike shop fit your bike to you? I'd leave the stem the way it is for now and just ride. It looks like the bars are an inch or so below the seat already. As your body becomes more accustomed to the riding position, you can try flipping the stem and see if you are comfortable with that.

Thanks for the replies guys. Yes the bike shop fit me. I don't know what the stem is and a dork disk.
