Chainrings - Shimano vs Sram
What chainrings are better? I crashed in a race today and both of mine are bent well beyond repair. Any suggestions? Thanks. My bike currently has Shimano components, so could I use a Sram Chainring? Thanks. Shimano compact crank

If you've got one of the fancy Integrated cranksets, you can only use the shimano Rings. Otherwise, use anything you want.
