Saddle bounce and height sweet spot

Saddle bounce and height sweet spot
Ever since I have ridden since experimenting with my saddle height, I have been noticing that I bounce on my saddle during higher cadence pedaling-- should I be raising or lowering my saddle to counter that? I just can't seem to find the position I had before, when I had really dialed in my sweet spot.

Work on your pedal stroke to pedal smoother. Your saddle should be at the proper height to get the most amount of power.

Raising the saddle slightly may help. Otherwise, as clausen notes, work on your pedal stroke. I've found riding fixed gear helped smooth my pedal stroke considerably, even back on a derailleur bike.

Either you bounce a lot, or spin up to 150 rpm before shifting ?

No, probably 110 or so if I were to guess, I don't have a cadence monitor. After that I either shift, or stand as I'm obviously sprinting.

110 isn't very high to start bouncing or sprinting. When I am doing high speed cadence drills I am smooth till 140-150. These drills are best done on a trainer.
