Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Yes, if you have slotted cable stops.

clipless, wheelset..... does getting a bike fit count? it isn't actually an upgrade, but it made a huge difference in how I ride and enjoy the bike.

Does replacing a bike that made you sad, to one that makes you happy count?

Haven't tried them, haven't even received them but just bought a pair of Reynolds Attack clinchers with Powertap Pro+. I'm sure they'll be a nice upgrade from my Ovals.

I'd say either my 180mm Standard Double (replacing 175 compact) or the powertap.

No upgrades on my Seven Ti bike. I got all the right stuff the first time, and I will never change out anything unless it fails.
