clipless, wheelset..... does getting a bike fit count? it isn't actually an upgrade, but it made a huge difference in how I ride and enjoy the bike.
Does replacing a bike that made you sad, to one that makes you happy count?
Haven't tried them, haven't even received them but just bought a pair of Reynolds Attack clinchers with Powertap Pro+. I'm sure they'll be a nice upgrade from my Ovals.
Some people are just like Slinky's. Not really good for anything but they bring a smile to your face when you push them down the stairs.

I'd say either my 180mm Standard Double (replacing 175 compact) or the powertap.
No upgrades on my Seven Ti bike. I got all the right stuff the first time, and I will never change out anything unless it fails.
