Suggestions for road rides in Los Angeles area (Glendale/Burbank)?
I am getting more seriously into cycling as of late and I am looking for some good longer rides for the weekends. I was hoping some people that know the area could make some suggestions. First caveat is that I don't have a car so I have to be able to leave from my house on the bike and ride. I live on the Glendale/Burbank line. For now I am looking for 25 miles round trip and slowly build up the stamina. I can easily get on the road and ride but a lot of the major streets around here can be sketchy to ride on because of traffic. Curious if anyone has some proven suggested routes or good resources I can look at. Thanks

LET'S ROLL
I rode a bike for the 1st time in LA county last week.
I like riding on the San Gabriel river bikeway. Looking
at Googlemaps; there is a long path going along Rt.
134, I-5 and Rt. 2.

Couldn't hurt to ask the same question in the SoCal section as well: https://www.bikeforums.net/forumdispl...ern-California
