    Repair itself was $300. Paint was $125 disassembly was $125 since I didn't have the tools to take my bike apart.

    No fee, few riders, good climbs, no traffic, remote as all get-out (if you want to stay in touch, get a satellite phone), and no history, at least as far as the ride is concerned.

    Great pics. Too bad the frame was damaged but at least your friend wasn't seriously hurt and the frame looks like new.
