I went up to Lincoln County Tennessee and did a nice hilly circuit of 46 miles. Saw a large doe and her fawn, then later another fawn grazing on a hillside. Several donkeys; the kind with "eyeliner" that look kinda sad. Humidity was near 100% but no rain during ride. We've had so much rain here the corn is 6-7 feet high already.

My front derailleur decided not to work so I shifted manually. Not the easiest thing to do with your right foot getting in the way.

46 miles, 3,877 feet of climbing.

85 solo miles today. 3,500 m climbed. 8-10 mph win, pretty calm for here.

Three of us rode my Barbecue Boogie permanent route, 139 miles, with me and the stoker on the tandem. Hot, but not unbearable, and we finished the course in record time (not hard to do since it was only the second time it had been ridden.)

Sunday - Today I walked about 1.5 km, and we cycled 10.8 km. I had the pleasure of riding Machak again.

Took Friday and Saturday off which is not typical for me so I decided to punish myself a bit as a result by climbing a few hills around my house over and over.

    25mi
    2,526ft climbed
    1:43:00 time.

Been working all weekend, but got the time to do a 40 mile ride with my friend today. He has a clear advantage over me, so I tend to push myself harder. Excellent ride.

Only 64 miles for the weekend, but I had to work both days.

On my days off(Thurs+ Fri)I rode 111 & 50. The 50 mile ride felt much tougher than the 111.

No ride yesterday because I had a friend's surprise birthday party in the morning/afternoon (wiped me out for the rest of the day).
Today I got in a fairly flat ride of 67km with only 555m of climbing. Managed to hold an average speed of 25.8kmh, which I'm happy with.

Almost took out an older couple while coming home on the bike path. The husband was on the wrong side of the path (has a yellow line down the center) and I came around a blind corner pretty quick, we both turned away, but he crashed into his wife who crashed into the fence. I stopped and made sure they were both fine before going on my way.
