Stepping out of the norm, that's a stock color. I love all of the 2014 schemes.

Love the new colors too. I see a Astana"ish" color way, how come no Quick Step?
Thanks for the heads up!

Check out some of these bad boys!
I like the Nibali frameset.
Kinda find it strange that they doing frames for riders who don't ride on Specialized race bikes.
If they're gonna do Trek riders, why not Jensie?

As I mentioned previously, while I think that the bike is garish, they are actually complementary colors. This particular color combo is especially prevalent in movie posters.

Looks like my '13 Crystal White and Lime Madone won't be looking as dated as most of the stuff on Hot or Not for some time to come...... Wedgie

Has anyone seen matte colors showing up on frames? I see plenty of matte black (ie "murdered out") like my bike but I know in cars the trend went murdered out, then stormtrooped out (flat white with black highlights) and the past two years at the SEMA show matte colors have taken over. Tons of matte red, blue, gray, etc. They're really hit or miss for me and I would never paint my car/truck matte but I could see it showing up on bikes since it's showing up other places. Interested in some pics if they already exist...

It's a trend that like the matte black, was spawned from the ratrod scene...tinted primers. Satin black is sooo done to death today. RatRodders did the black primers for heritage and low cost, (minimal upkeep and flaw hiding are additional bonuses). I've got two driver vehicles in the color, and for the reasons stated, it's fine. The look is way overdone now, because not only is it cheap, it's "Trendy". I tend to see the whole flat scene anymore as just too easy and have never equated it with "Stealth" at all. When I started shopping for my bike, color was one of my least concerns, but the three I really didn't want If avoidable were Black, White, or Red in that order. Really helped narrow down the choices a bit. Patina, is earned and should be respected. Rattle canning a new vehicle of the four, or two wheeled variety does not instantly coolness impart. Wedgie

Which one,& what makes him old I your eyes?
I'd say the guy with the beard kills those 2 Fred's any day.
He looks like he's been riding a lot longer than those 2. He plays with his comp/phone while the other two catch their breath.
Look who's using the granny gear.
He's also the only 1 in the pic with proper gear.
I appreciate "experienced riders", I ride with a few(1 in his mid 70's, could almost be my grandpa) who could kill me. Sure I can out sprint/climb him, but he keeps me in check every ride.
Don't hate the game...

Nice frames though.I remember the Schleck-frame looked kind of cool..(Although it might seem weird to go through a lot of Work to make a carbon frame look like a polished alu frame:-D).As far as i remember this was a frame specially made for the Schlecks for the 2010 TDF :-)

They all ride Specialized....Except for the Schleck and Cancellara frames which are older models (Note that they are sold out too).Oh yeah there´s the fluo Vino model too which was ridden by most riders sponsored by Specialized at last years Olympics.

I've been wanting to paint my truck flat brown since I bought it in 2007 because I thought it'd be neat and you never see it. Now it's everywhere.
And I also designed a brown, indigo, and orange trek project one, but never went through with it and bought the cannondale instead.
Brown is a good color, doesn't get enough respect.

I seen a nice flat purple M3 with an equally nice female driver the other day.
