Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I agree, OP, and find green tea to be great on rides. It is convenient too - since it is in all the vending machines in Tokyo!

Sorry, but he was not only right, he understated how bad Starbucks is.

Back in the 70s and early 80s, I used to buy the world's best coffee.
When I found it, it was 8 bucks a pound, of course, you could buy a car for 5 grand.

Now I can't find the equal for love or money.

Back to Starbucks, give me one sip, and I'm good for rant of at least a minute
on everything that's wrong with it. It's hideous. And yes, I've tried their more expensive coffees.

That's one of my favorite things about Japan.... Those big, wide, bright vending machines full of healthier drink choices than that of American vending machines. They're on like.. every street corner. I found myself saying..... "I wish America would do this....this is so convenient. Nahhh...... People would immediately steal the machines right off the street." -___- Take me back to Tokyoooo! lol....
