One or two scoops of Miralax a day and you'd feel better.

I was not expecting any bike parts today, but fork arrived. I was able to install the crown race on this one without buggerting it up. I am excited. There was a paint chip on it right out of the box, but I adopted the "it's a tool not a jewel" philosophy.

    I did not weigh it.

Assos bibs on sale at chainlove arrived today. They had the "long leg" version! We'll see if the hoopla is justified.

I keep seeing those pop up but I can't get myself to spend $200 on bibs on clearance.

It never fails to astonish me how bad I can screw up with nobody in the audience even seeming to notice.

When I do screw up in front of a room on a song, I usually never make the same mistake again. I'm too traumatized by the first screw up, I practice that part extra hard and I remember where it all went south and don't do it again.

    Very disapointing.

Ok, a question to our glasses wearing members.
I am looking at a pair of prescription glasses for riding. My S.V.S has Nike brand eyewear. I can get .5 off a pair but, do I go polarized or transition lens? Polarized is $316.00 transition is aprox $360.00. I really want these glasses but I want to do them right.

Transition, in my opinion. Then it adapts to conditions, and one set keeps you covered. And as a pet peeve, my polarized glasses make some LCD screens disappear if placed at the wrong angle. It is annoying as **** when your Garmin disappears.

Did you get the Camaro's hood closed yet? Winter has to be hell on all that exposed engine crap.

I never wore them on the bike, but I really liked my transition lenses. Honestly, they're really easy to under-appreciate at first, because they operate so transparently (ha ha) - when something doesn't call any attention to itself, you often feel like you're not getting your money's worth... and that's what they feel like - like they're always clear... but eventually you'll catch a reflection of yourself and you'll notice that the lenses are friggin' blacked out and then you'll realize, "oh, it's blindingly bright out today" and then you'll be happy with your money spent.

But the rest of the day... Holy crap! Won't be sorry to see this one end.

I gave up on prescription shades for riding. I kind of like that soft-focus look.

However, I would go with the transitions. I hate to change lenses. I have a pair of Tifosi with their fototec lenses.
