I sold that one and I do like the Guru better. I think it's BF sacrilege to like a carbon bike better than a CAAD 9.

My KHS is 71 cm stem + TT. This setup is 69 cm. My KHS has a very XC setup tho. If I can find my 100mm stem I'll definitely try that too, for a 66 cm combo.

Also, in case anyone cares, I rode the Trek about 2 miles in a meandering sort of way that included stops for an organic chai latte and the library where I got a DVD of the Hercule Poirot film "After the Funeral". Bike lanes continue to be unpredictable- come on. finish the whole block- and impatient people in large trucks suck.

My mom is a 6 year breast cancer survivor and my sister is at 11 years. About 5 years ago, my sister was tested for the BRCA gene. If she turned out to be positive, they wanted me to be tested as well. I told them it didn't matter to me what her results were because I wouldn't be interested in having it for another few years. My reasoning was that since I had/have never had an abnormal mammogram I was at very low risk of having it. But an even bigger reason was that if my results were positive they would still not have tested my daughter or done anything proactive on her behalf until she turned 18. She was 15 at the time and I didn't want that hanging over her head for three years. Luckily for everyone concerned, my sister proved to be negative for the gene and her developing breast cancer at 38 really was just an unfortunate fluke.

What happened?

The factory completely changed the bike from what the prototype was, and they weren't confident that they would get what they ordered.
