I have some crud racers. I don't have them mounted right now (might stick them on the Flite), but they did not rattle on this.

You will be extremely stretched over the front. Wider the bar, shorter the stem.
My KHS is 71 cm stem + TT. This setup is 69 cm. My KHS has a very XC setup tho. If I can find my 100mm stem I'll definitely try that too, for a 66 cm combo. |
We are headed to Home Depot for date night. (Too bad they no longer have the people out front selling hot dogs.) I need more sandpaper so I can continue getting the Haro frame back to its roots.
Also, in case anyone cares, I rode the Trek about 2 miles in a meandering sort of way that included stops for an organic chai latte and the library where I got a DVD of the Hercule Poirot film "After the Funeral". Bike lanes continue to be unpredictable- come on. finish the whole block- and impatient people in large trucks suck. |

Before I loved Lewis Black I loved Denis Leary. "Lock & Load" was no "No Cure for Cancer" but this rant was worth the price of the cassette it came on because coffee. I still smile when I think of the line "You're not in the Wu Tang Clan. You're not even in A Tribe Called Quest, a**hole." Definitely NSFW.

More positive thoughts for both of you from here too.
I hated what my mom went through, but in a way, the prolonged illness did a lot to help my dad prep for living alone. She was able to teach him how to take care of himself. He'd never done laundry or cleaned the house before, and wasn't much of a cook. It was in a tiny way a positive thing... but ****, I do not want to linger and fade that way. No ****ing way. I hope your wife is clear sb. Fingers crossed and all that. I'm still not sure if it's better to know or not, but I'm leaning towards it's better to know. Is the test definitive? (To a point, I'm sure nothing is 100% but I'm hesitating on getting the genetic test for ovarian cancer because that one is still so iffy anyway.) |
The end is quite near.

Getting closer.

Sadly I'm old enough to know what you mean.

Looks like the November deal went to hell in a handbasket. A shame.
|
What happened?
|
The factory completely changed the bike from what the prototype was, and they weren't confident that they would get what they ordered.
