Glad to say, I actually haven't been there. Only wore plain jerseys with nothing but a little brand logo on them up unil now.

bbattle 02-25-14 05:30 PM

I've ridden with a guy who wore a Sponge Bob jersey.

I still carry my OCP badge with honor so no tacky jerseys for me.

Seattle Forrest 02-25-14 05:42 PM

I've never been there. I ride in regular people clothes, no one would ever look at me and say "there's a guy who does EPO."

Dan333SP 02-25-14 05:44 PM

I have 2 USPS jerseys that I used to wear regularly. Does that count?

Sponge Bob jerseys NOT acceptable. But Sponge Bob socks are awesome!

I think you're missing the point.

Do you ever get mistaken for a DWI cyclist?

rjones28 02-25-14 09:24 PM

I've had a couple of jerseys that fit the bill. I thought they were stylish when I bought them. Fortunately, no photographic record exists.

Naturally, none of my current riding apparel is hideous in any way. ;)

milkbaby 02-26-14 08:52 AM

This is one of my personal favorite riding kits. It's not really matching but I almost always wear this jersey with this pair of bibs:

I also have Sponge Bob, Super Grover, Moon Pie, Cheez-Its, and Drunk Cyclist jerseys... Gotta keep it fun while you suffer. :)

The point is that RoadHolland wants people to send in photos that he can use for advertising.

The horror!

Seattle Forrest 02-26-14 12:16 PM

What point did you think I was missing, exactly? I'm having a hard time following you because you're being vague.

No, their ice cream is delicious, doesn't matter how bad the jersey is.

Also, there was this thread from awhile ago..

You, sir, will never be accused of being a slave to the mindless God of fashion.

I have a Road Holland cycling sweater. it's fantastic. Replaced an old blue Sugoi that was 20 y.o.

milkbaby 02-26-14 04:36 PM

Oh yeah, I just realized that Rock Racing has the lock on ugliest kit ever:

I don't think anything can beat that horrid mess of retina destroying awfulness...

Spammer!

Don't hit that link because you will begin to see RoadHolland ads if you do.

It depends. Were you on a bicycle at the time?

Yes. A USPS colored Trek, no less. The horror.

buffalowings 03-12-14 05:11 PM

Does anyone know if the Descente Spongebob Squarepants jersey was made in race or club cut?
