I feel a neuro consult on a (hopefully tame) wolf coming on in the next hour or so.

Uh oh. Bad news for the wolf. :(

H I'll flesh that out a bit and give you a cut when the producer is ready to start. |

Unfortunately, I am an overanalyzer, so I am beating myself up over this. I know 14 is a great run. That doesn't stop the self-critique.
At some point the pain and the guilt will fade . . . the mind has an amazing ability to heal itself. Hang in there. |
Hindsight sucks. Too bad it can be so helpful.

Since we're on the topic of rehab, and this is a cycling forum, does anyone else have a problem with misaligned patellas? My understanding is that it's common with cyclists and that there are exercises that can be done to balance out the muscles, but I haven't been able to actually find specific exercises. I don't think that it's problematic right now, but I'd rather be proactive, I guess.

No need to second guess. It's over now. Time to heal, albeit slowly. Go ride that SS. |

This thread has lost a lot of dogs. Very sad.
In other news, construction altered my ride home. Forced to change suddenly, I chose a route with some crappy ass roads. I started thinking about skewers. If I went into one of those potholes and my front skewer failed, I might break my face. I have Campy, Reynolds, Zipp, Enve, and KCNC skewers. The ones that inspire the least confidence are the new KCNCs at 40g. In a stunning display of WW ambivalence, I switched to the 61g Enve skewers. |

Heathpack does not condone the use of earbuds while cycling.

I've never ridden with music. 2 am outside of Greeley, I probably should have.

@WhyFi, can you repeat your instructions on how to get a large image from Flickr/Photostream. I had promised to review my TRP RRL levers for March Addiction, as a follow up to the "meaningful dialogue" in Addiction plan, and I want a weekend distraction. But small photos may get me shunned.
