Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Oh, right. I missed that. I will definitely have the bike fit done.
Emailed the seller to see when he is available. Anything to look for? It is relatively new, so I assume cracks, etc. Aren't a big issue. However, I heard these have carbon stays?

Totes +1. SRAM for life. Seems like MOST people who have tried it prefer (myself included). Obviously there are exceptions. But that GT does look pretty good. I'm actually surprised it's being sold. If I had just upgraded, I probably would have kept a bike that nice around for when I didn't trust riding carbon. (Bad weather bike, close-quarter rides, etc.) The Scatt looks like a great deal too, but just the Rival group would sell me on the GT.

I sure hope it isn't sold already. Waiting for a response.

I guess I did email kind of late...

I hope he gets back to me tomorrow.
