Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

SRAM Apex Medium Cage Vs. wifli

I recently picked up a "take-Off" rival group off of eBay to get my bike from an 8 speed to 10 speed derailleur. The group came with the medium cage derailleur which I am seeing can handle a 11-32 cassette. I am now looking for cassettes and I am finding these "climbers kit in a box" which has a wifli derailleur, 11-32 cassette, and chain. What is the differnce between the medium cage and wifli if they can handle do 11-32 cassettes, and is it worth buying the wifli derailleur and re-listing the medium cage on eBay.

Many thanks in advance for any help!!
