Coloured brake pads...yay or nay?

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Just kidding. You should get the colour that matches your bar plugs.

I hate to be serious, but I once had a bunch of cheapo, soft compound pads which were bright yellow and awesome

This will be my first season using Swiss Stop pads (GHP - green and BXP - blue). In the past, I've just used Shimano pads.

I believe you're required to refer to them as "brake blocks" if you spell "coloured" with a "u".

Also have you considered getting ones shaped like wee trainers?

Wouldn't that be Mango Prince? Jus' sayin'. But more to the point, I'm in for a pair. Sooner or later I have to succomb to mango tape. I'm sure BDOP will take some.

All the pretty colors seem to be for carbon rims.

I'm in.

All kidding aside, we do different coloured pads in the OE. If anyone wants 1000pc give me a pantone number (and your name in an ai file if you really want to get fancy) and I'll have them to you in 45 days.

Go Mango or go home.
