    Opening day!

Baseball and biking, seems worth a post. Dude got serious fast, but then you don't get to be ROY without a bit of an obsessive vein. (sweet ride, btw)

Pretty impressive stuff. I wonder how much baseball-related training he was doing on top of that.

Damn, 600 miles a week, plus training for baseball. Seems excessive for a sport you spend 80% + of your time doing absolutely NOTHING. There is no other physical activity you get paid for where you do more of nothing than baseball...
    - Astounds me anyone even likes it. Took gf to Fenway, she never been and all I said was prepare to be bored out of your skull, 3.5 hours of torturous boredom. She didn't believe me, by 7th inning she was tortured by boredom. Baseball is boredom hell. If I was the devil, I'd torture souls by forcing them to watch a 1-0 baseball game on loop for an eternity.
