    This is what we do, too, with the addition of S&P and a warmed pan (so that the cut side [which we face down] is browned/blackened).

    I remembered that. But he bought the 1st gen, two door two seater. Mine is 2nd gen, four door, five seater. Different kind of crazy. And I still only have one kitten, of an inappropriately small stool size.
