Black scary kittens are more or less banned where I live now... but I'll be moving next year. I really do not even like black scary kittens nor do I need one, but I like being told I cannot have one even less.. so I will adopt one.

Speaking of cats (no, literally), my male cat presented us with a mouse yesterday. What kind of idiot mouse sneaks in to a house that has three cats?

Maybe it's a compliment to the chef?

A guy from Hong Kong with zero feedback just popped up on ebay with 7 Rotor BB30 cranksets... $100 each, free shipping. 6 have sold in less than an hour. Way too good to be true, for my blood, even with paypal "protection."

The thing that I really like about 'sprouts is that they don't make your pee smell as much as asparagus does.

    my spidey sense is tingling.

sad to say but i have become really jaded with the business ethics or lack thereof in asia. i am now cynical about everything i see on sale and everything i hear from a salesman.

Says my bro-in-law: a contract in Asia simply represents a lull in the negotiations.

Now I am confused. Are we talking about meow kittens or "kittens" BF euphemism?

I really want to find out if my kids' pee smells from asparagus. Mine does, my wife's doesn't.

The kids both refuse to eat asparagus, so it's a big mystery for now.

Hmmmm.... see, now I'm curious. Does her asparagus pee actually not smell, or can she not smell it because of sitting vs standing considerations? Does a shorter distance to the water result in fewer airborne particles? Does sitting more effectively trap the smell? Does flushing before standing have an effect? This calls for some at-home trials.

Greetings Addicts from lovely Santa Monica Bay, on our way over to Catalina Island for the weekend. It's a very beautiful day today. I don't know what kind of baitfish are out here just now, but there's a tremendous number of diving birds and dolphin all around us. For a variation on the theme, we have dolphin on both the bow of our boat and our dinghy which we are towing.

Cooking implies something about your gender preferences?

Off to to buy a smoke box and some apple chips for my labor of love tomorrow.
