Garmin Edge 500 and duotrap capabilities

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Garmin Edge 500 and duotrap capabilities

Just got my Garmin 500 in today and paired it with the duotrap on my Madone 4.7. They don't necessarily give these things away so I was curious if you guys could enlighten me on what all this little piece of gold is capable of. I've figured out speed, elevation, distance, and calories burned. What else is it capable of?

Thanks
