Individual replacement cogs for SRAM cassette?

Individual replacement cogs for SRAM cassette?

Hi all. Does anyone know where it's possible to find individual SRAM cogs to customize a cassette (the cassette is new, so uneven wear won't be a problem)? Specifically, I'm looking for a 14t and 16t. I don't want to use one of the generic ones listed on ebay as SRAM-compatible, because I know the ramps won't be the same and will affect shifting.

Thanks!
