Is the 41 in decline?

The answer should be obvious.

alexaschwanden 06-27-14 08:11 PM

I wouldn't worry about it.

Thanks, I feel better already. Maybe I needed to get it off my chest.

No

FLvector 06-27-14 08:21 PM

The 41 needs a T injection.

That, or an enema.

Maybe both.

We need more newbies with a splash of troll.

I'm a Sachs guy.

I guess Sram bought them, in a way, kinda, IIRC.

rjones28 06-27-14 08:32 PM

There is no more a 41.

Terry66 06-27-14 09:31 PM

There is a point where a decline is impossible.

kc0bbq 06-27-14 09:39 PM

/41/ was never good.

CharlyAlfaRomeo 06-27-14 09:40 PM

It took a day to make this spoof thread so you tell me.

kc4sox 06-27-14 09:47 PM

Pirkaus 06-28-14 07:12 AM

I, for one, am appalled at the lack of smarta$$, condescending, irreverent responses I've seen lately. It's like I don't even know who you guys are anymore.

Jseis 06-28-14 12:15 PM

No but the Clydesdales/Athena's should have "90.7+" jerseys if we are going to wear the "41" of HTFU shame.

Other forms of social media have essentially killed it. In reality - why post an honest technical question in an anonymous Internet forum only to have a lot of people who don't know -try and answer the question when you can post it on Facebook or Twitter and have the actual people who work there or built it answer the question.

Don't get me wrong there has always been a great deal of entertainment associated with this type of social model, but can't help but feel like there were more threads of substance in the past. Doesn't always have to be new stuff, but at least something that can be helpful to someone and entertaining to the rest of us.

A lot of the quality content creators have gone away. Luckily I am still in contact with most on Facebook and Twitter. Turns out they are even smarter and more funny in real life.

I met a lot of real people through here so I kind of refuse to give up but it definitely doesn't hold nearly as much of my interest.

You think the guys that post on social media that supposed work for the companies actually know what they are talking about? And then there is the omnipresent PC/sanitized version spouted by all the corporate pukes that don't know their @$$ from third base. Glad you find it enlightening tho.
