You could always use the Showers Pass VelEau
Holds 42 oz. of fluid and a small amount of storage for tools. The drinking tube is routed along the top tube and ends at your bars (attached to a spring-loaded cord reel - like those used to hold ID badges at the office). Add that to a couple of bottles in cages, and you should be set for a long, hot day in the saddle. Note: I have used one, and it works pretty well; however, I recommend insulating the tubing so you get to drink cool water.
