hmmmm

2010 GT GT2

I think it compares favorably to my old 91 Mustang GT (pic below is not mine, but just like my old one)

low buck, great performance value.

My 2014 Cannondale CX 5 is a Scion FR-S. Looks nice, fun to drive, but a small engine and not actually that fast.

Probably one of those knock off types like a "Daewoo" :p

Heavy (when I'm riding it), fast, comfortable, American. Seems like a close enough match.

I like those CTS V coupes.

Because it's small, oddly styled, quirky, and yet a blast to ride, my Mercier Nano reminds me of, perhaps, a Lotus Europa Special. Cheap bits are slapped together to make a whole that's greater than the sum of its parts.

When I was looking for my last car, my wife surprised me and really pushed for the CTS V

What's the bike equivalent of a Prius and a Batmobile?

She must be real fiscally responsible...lol.

When I was growing up there was an Europa one street over from where I lived. Lotus cars are a blast.
How does that Mercier ride? Do you keep it in the trunk of your car?...or travel with it?

It's great fun to ride; small wheels are a blast in their own right, and the compactness of the bike just adds to that. The ride quality of the cheap tube set is not great, though, and it's fairly heavy (about 26lbs IIRC), so it's fun and I really like it, but I don't love it for the ride. I also had to bump up the GIs to keep it on the boil, since the stock gearing was too low, but with the 60/11 combo I fitted last year (stock was 53/12) I can roll it at speeds that are, well, shocking to 700c road bike riders!

I do love it for the style, though, and use it mainly for jetting around town, Critical Mass, and other fun/festival type rides. It's too big to keep in the trunk, so I've got a Dahon folding for my that. If I had a pimped out '70 Fleetwood Brougham, though...:
